Gyromatic transmission. All original! Motor is a “gas saving” 6 cyl.! This car started in the below freezing weather—drive it home! The Gyro Tran. needs explanation. 3 sp column shift. This auction is for a real nice drive while you restore!
car has a low mileage small block chevy from a 71 Chevelle that had 80,000 original miles!
Runs great!
turbo 350 automatic transmission is from the same Chevelle!
Body is real nice and so is the chrome trim and bumpers. It will need typical body work before paint, but the floors and trunk are real solid with no rust
you can drive the car home
car has a rebuilt 410 posi with brand new Eaton Posi and brand new 410 gears from Richmond
interior with the exception of driver arm rest pad, dash has cracks, and the front seat needs recovered, the rest of the interior is very nice!
All of the Glass is in excellent shape!
wheels are Z28 and one tire is mismatched due to a flat…I do have the other matching tire but it will need patched or replaced!
front fenders are nice and so is the doors and trunk lid, they raced the car so they cut a hole in the hood for clearance but it would be an easy fix because I have the piece that they cut out, the hood is perfect otherwise
driver side holes were filled but not passenger side, they were in the process of doing away with the chrome side trim, I think all the chrome sidetrim is in the trunk
has newer carpet
has good brakes
the inner fenders are also in the trunk
I can ship for a dollar a mile up to 500 miles loaded one way if interested
