NADA:Good points/parts that work:This is a very reliable car; it has served us well since we purchased it in 1996 (14 years ago).  It has:good brakesnew windshield (8 months ago)no tears or rips in the upholstryAM/FM cassette works fine antenna goes all the way up / downclean Car Fax reportowner’s manualmaintenance records3 keysgreat battery / startertires still have some life left in themeven tire wearsmoke free / pet freepower steeringtilt wheelcruise controlpower door lockspower windowsspare tire + jack and tools (mini spare)regular oil changes (every three / four months)no major body damageclear title (in hand)Major issueAs you might expect, this car does have one significant problem; it appears to have a leak in the head gasket.  The symptoms are that the car overheats after running for a while.  After stopping, the car has a steaming / boiling sound coming from the coolent overflow container.  A leak in the head gasket could cost about $700 to fix however, we had saved enough for a newer car so we decided that we would give someone else the chance to fix this or use it for a parts car.  Currently you can drive it for about 10 miles or 20 minutes without danger of it overheating–further if you run the heater at full blast.Minor issuesThere are a few other minor problems that I feel it is important to report (so you know what you are getting)the rear driver’s side window does not always roll up without some encouragementthe air conditioner does not blow cold air (it leaks freon)some rust by the rear wheels (pictured)the front bumper is partialy wired onone tire (front passenger) is losing air very slowly (about 5 pounds a week or so)one tire (rear passenger) was plugged after it caught a screw in itthe steering system knocks a bit when making tight turns (could be CV joints)the lightbulb for the passenger vanity mirror needs to be replacedone of the lightbulbs for the dash lights needs to be replacedOther Notes:The vehicle is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.Check out my feedback rating!  I pride myself on giving you an honest report of the condition of the car.  Please email if you have any questions or would like to take a test drive; however, I will not be available for test drives on Saturday.

I purchased this car used back on April 16, 2003 with 90,000 miles on it. I am the fourth owner and have taken extremely good care of this car. I have worked in a body shop for several years and have done 90% of the work on this car myself. Over the years I have added and removed many modifications until finally satisfied. I have very high standards for aftermarket products, thus I have returned, thrown away, modified or sold any parts that didn’t cut it for me. Everything aftermarket on the car fits 100% perfect. No loose ground effects, shaky exhaust, un-even gaps etc. I am selling the car because it just doesn’t get enough attention. It mostly just sits in the garage. I drive it every once in awhile just to keep the fluids moving. This is NOT your typical “rice burner”.
