1. Deposit – The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

2. Payment – Certified Check or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. If you have any questions please call us for more information.

3. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. All sales are subject to a flat Administrative Fee of $289.00 which is collected by Randy Curnow Buick GMC and is not required by law.

1950 GMC PICKUP 100, I GOT THIS TRUCK FROM A FRIEND THAT HAS A LARGE COLLECTION OF CARS AND HE IS MAKING ROOM FOR MORE PROJECTS. IT WAS FRAME OFF RESTORED SEVERAL YEARS BACK AND INCLUDED IN PICS A NOTE FROM THE GUY THAT RESTORED THE TRUCK. THERE IS A LOT OF DOCUMENTATION WITH THE TRUCK BACK TO THE 80′S. I BELIEVE THE MILAGE TO BE ACTUAL, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT. A COUPLE OF THE PAPERS WERE BRAKE WORK WAS DONE SAYS 64,000 MILES BUT LOOKING IN THE DOOR OT LOOKS LIKE A 6. I INCLUDED PICS SHOWING THIS. EITHER WAY YOU CANNOT COME CLOSE TO BUILDING A TRUCK FOR WHAT YOU CAN BUY THIS TRUCK FOR. IT IS VERY SOLID AND THE PAINT IS GOOD BUT DOES HAVE A COUPLE CHIPS FROM DRIVING. ITS NOT PERFECT BUT A NICE DRIVER. I PUT A NEW ULTRALEATHER SEAT COVER AND HEADLINER AND DOOR PANELS. NEW BRAKES AND TURNED DRUMS. THE MOTOR WAS JUST REBUILT HEADS UP. THE COMPRESSION WAS VERY GOOD. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO WORK. THERE IS A LITTLE DELAMINATION OF THE SIDE WINDOW. A SMALL CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD. SEE PICS. SOME OF THE CLEAR ON THE BED IS CHIPPED. PICS ALSO. THE CONTAINER ON THE SIDES IS AN ORIGINAL SET OF 3 ROAD FLARES.
